Available for events scheduled at least 3 months in advance. After your event details are entered, eligible clients can request to pay the full event amount. Final reservation still depends on availability confirmation.

Bay Memories is based in San Rafael and serves events throughout Marin County and the greater Bay Area. Travel is simple: your first 60 round-trip miles are included. After that, travel is estimated at $1.50 per additional mile.

What's included with the DSLR photo booth?
Your photo booth package includes a DSLR-powered booth, personalized layout design, unlimited prints during your booked time, themed props, backdrop, red carpet and stanchions.
What print styles can I choose?
You can choose between a classic 4×6 photo or 2×6 photo strips. Your selected print style is included with the photo booth package.
How does the Keychain Station work?
Photos from the booth are used to create double-sided keychains for your guests. You can choose 75, 150 or 200 keychains.
How does travel pricing work?
The first 60 round-trip miles from our San Rafael service base are included. After that, travel is estimated at $1.50 per additional mile.
Do you only serve Marin County?
No. Bay Memories is based in San Rafael and serves celebrations throughout Marin County and the greater Bay Area.
Can I pay for the whole event in advance?
Events scheduled at least 3 months in advance may use the Pay in Full option. Availability still has to be confirmed before the reservation is considered finalized.
What if I don't want to pay everything right away?
Submit your event for review. Once we confirm availability, you'll receive your contract and a deposit request between $150 and $300.
Does submitting the form reserve my date?
No. Submitting the form sends us your event request. We still need to review availability and complete the confirmation process before your date is considered reserved.
What happens after I submit my event?
We review your event details and availability. Once approved, we send the contract and the appropriate payment or deposit request.
What kinds of events do you do?
We serve weddings, quinceañeras, baby showers, first communions, graduations, birthdays, divorce parties, school events, corporate events and parties of all kinds.
Can I change my package before I submit?
Yes. Go back to the Services section, change your photo booth time, print style or keychain quantity, then return to the estimate section.
Do I have to call to get started?
No. You can choose your package, calculate your estimate, enter your event details and submit everything directly through the website.
